On Friday 11th of October my project group watched various short films, one of which was called 'Love Me or Leave Me Alone'. I liked this film and thought it was very successful in portraying a typical teenage relationship. There was no music in this film, just good sound work, I think the director did this so you feel you are more involved in the situation as apposed to just witnessing it. The colours were dim blues and greens and the sky was over exposed, this made the film have a melancholy feel to it. I liked how the film started with the end of an argument but you were unaware of what the argument was about, I think this was because it was the ensuing circumstances that were important not the content of the argument. The film shows the couple together at the beginning, then separately in the middle, then together again toward the end. This up and down in a short space of time is a good representation of an adolescent fall out.

On my first day of CMP Project my group talked about where ideas and inspiration come from. These can come from many sources, some of which are; friends and peers, people we admire, literature we read, reflection on everyday activities, resources on the internet, watching television or films, traveling and having new experiences.
